|This cost estimate was created on October 10, 2016 for the spring 2017 semester. These costs are approximations and are subject to change.
This program includes one week of vacation, during which students are responsible for all expenses including meals, lodging, and transportation.
Group airfare cost listed above includes all program-organized airline arrangements between the various program locations. It does NOT include travel to U.S. group departure city and from U.S. group arrival city.
***Students living outside of the group departure/arrival cities may need to arrange for connecting flights. These are additional variable costs, to be calculated individually by the student.
***Additionally, students may need to travel to a consulate to apply for and/or pick up a visa. These are additional variable costs to be calculated individually by the student.
***Immunization costs will vary by student.
SIT requires a non-refundable deposit of $2,500. Penn Abroad pays this amount to SIT on behalf of Penn students as a courtesy. If the student does not participate in the program, he/she will be billed $2,500 by University of Pennsylvania to cover the non-refundable deposit. Additional withdrawal fees may apply depending on the date of withdrawal and SIT's withdrawal policy.
