This cost estimate was created on May 19, 2017 for the fall 2017 semester. These costs are approximations and are subject to change. 

Lodging: estimate is based on an average cost of DKK 6,500 per month for four months. Actual prices for on-campus housing can be found online through the CBS website

Lodging Deposit: this is a refundable deposit equal to one month's rent.  The deposit will be returned within approximately two months of the end of the program, less damages.

Residency Permit: Non-European students must pay two application fees in connection with the residence permit application: one fee to the Danish diplomatic mission where they submit their application (the amount due depends on the consulate/embassy in question) and one fee to The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) in Copenhagen who will process the application (approximately $328).

The airfare price quoted above is based upon the average cost of a round-trip ticket from the gateway city of New York City to the program site. Students may depart from the city of their choice.

***Students living outside of a gateway city area may need to arrange for a connecting flight to a gateway city. These are additional variable costs, to be calculated individually by the student. 

***Additionally, students may need to travel to a consulate to apply for and/or pick up a visa. These are additional variable costs to be calculated individually by the student.
