The Internship: This internship allows students to contribute to development in several sectors at an educational company.

Number of Spots Available: 5

Duration: 12 weeks

Start Date: May 2018

The Organization: Etonkids Educational Group currently operates 52 bilingual Montessori kindergartens throughout China.  They are also expanding internationally to the United States and Australia.  They're headquartered in Beijing, China and serve expatriate and local families seeking to give their children a head start through international-standard early education programs in their International (English only) or Bilingual (English & Chinese) classrooms.  They are recognized by the Chinese government as a National Top 10 Educational Institute and host China's only indigenous AMS/MACTE Montessori credentialing program.  They also hosted the 2014 International Preschool Educational Conference (IPEC) in August in Beijing.

The Location: Beijing is an ancient city with a long history.  In the Zhou dynasty, 3,000 years ago, Beijing (called Ji at the time) had been named the capital of Yan.  Afterwards, the Liao, Jin, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties all made Beijing their capital.  Therefore, Beiijing was famous for being the "Capital of a Thousand Years."
