Depending on the consulate, additional application fees may apply to you. For more information about the New Zealand student visa and calculating the costs, visit the Immigration New Zealand website. The cost listed above includes the $38 USD service fee plus an optional $30 USD courier cost to the consulate to return a student;s passport with the visa. Students can opt for the courier service of their choice. Travel costs within Dunedin are negligible as most accommodation, shopping and services are within walking distance of the campus. The compulsory overseas health insurance is about $250 USD.
