This cost estimate was created on October 10, 2016 for the spring 2017 semester. These costs are approximations and are subject to change. 

The Program fee includes lodging and weekday meals (3 meals/day, 5 days/week).  Supplemental Meals estimates the cost of weekend meals.  

The Lodging Deposit is a refundable security deposit of 150 Euros.

Students are required to pay both a visa processing fee (approx. 50 EUR) through the appropriate Italian Consulate before departure and a fee (approx. 200 EUR) for the Permesso di Soggiorno (Residency Permit) once in Italy.  

Students are required to purchase Italian health insurance upon arrival in Italy.

The airfare price quoted above is based upon the average cost of a round-trip ticket from the gateway city of New York City to the program site. Students may depart from the city of their choice.
***Students living outside of a gateway city area may need to arrange for a connecting flight to a gateway city. These are additional variable costs, to be calculated individually by the student. 

***Additionally, students may need to travel to a consulate to apply for and/or pick up a visa. These are additional variable costs to be calculated individually by the student.
